You can buy your Ohme Cable in four easy steps. Simply fill out the order request form below. Once your Octopus Energy account has been verified, we will send you a payment link for you to finalise your order.  Please note that this offer is limited to one Ohme Cable per account.

The Ohme Cable featured in the image is a Type 2 - Type 2 variant. Your cable may differ depending on the connectors you require.

FAQs

If you're not an Octopus Energy account we can't offer you this special 50% discount. However, you can always switch to Octopus Energy! Octopus have a tariff specifically designed for EV charging and they are the only Which? recommended energy supplier!

If you drive a BMW, Nissan, Tesla, Renault and Jaguar then in most cases Ohme can automatically read your car’s charge level (with your permission).

This advanced feature isn’t currently available for drivers of other car brands. However, you can simply tell Ohme the amount of additional charge you would like your car to receive (either in miles or as a percentage of the battery capacity) and Ohme will do the rest.

Other brands are working on this technology and Ohme will integrate with them as soon as we can.

You can find it in your online account or on your bill. It will look something like this: "A-XXXXXXXXX"

The cable relies upon a mobile data signal (3G or 4G) to connect to your App.

In areas with particularly poor mobile reception, Ohme may struggle to communicate.

If you experience these issues, Ohme will happily refund your purchase in full. Or, if you'd like to help improve the Ohme experience, they would love to work with you to increase compatibility with poor network signal - It's up to you!
